We are setting prices together with our first distributors. Until then, OrderDak is free to use, with everything that works today.
Included in the pilot
- An order inbox for forwarded emails, pasted WhatsApp chats, PDFs, Excel sheets and photos of printed orders
- Matching to your own Tally stock items and customers, learning each customer's names for your items
- Checks on rates, credit limit, stock, pack size, duplicate POs, GSTIN and the GST split
- A review queue with one-click fixes, and approval to a Tally Sales Order (file import, or the bridge on your Tally PC in beta)
- Email confirmations to buyers for orders that came by email
- A tamper-evident history of every order
- Setup help with your item and customer lists from Tally, and a short weekly check-in
Not yet available: a direct WhatsApp connection, handwritten slips, voice notes, and posting straight into Zoho, Busy or Marg (Excel export for now).

Is it really free?
Yes. During the pilot OrderDak costs nothing, needs no card and has no contract. You can stop any time.
What happens after the pilot?
We set prices together with our first distributors. If you want to continue, we agree a price with you before anything is billed. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
What do I need to start?
Your stock items and customers (Sundry Debtors) exported from Tally as CSV or Excel, a few recent customer orders, and one person who reviews orders. Setup takes about an hour.
Does it work with my Tally?
TallyPrime 3.0 or later, with order processing enabled. Approved orders become Sales Orders you import in Tally, or the OrderDak bridge on the PC where Tally is open creates them (beta).
What happens to my data if I stop?
Ask us and we export it for you, then delete it. Your orders are never used to train AI models unless you choose to allow it.
