Want WhatsApp orders checked and turned into Tally Sales Orders?
In OrderDak you paste the chat (a direct WhatsApp Business connection is in development). AI reads it, each line is matched to your own stock items, and rate, credit and stock are checked before a Sales Order is created in Tally.
What you get in the sheet
- One row per order line: item as written, quantity, unit, and rate when the message has one ("@ 2450", "Rs 45").
- Who sent it and when, from the chat, and the original message line next to each row.
- A Check mark on lines with no unit or an unusual quantity, so you look at those first.
- Indian number formats like 1,000 and 1,00,000 are read correctly.

Is the chat uploaded or stored?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The chat never leaves your computer or phone.
How do I export a WhatsApp chat?
In WhatsApp, open the chat, tap the menu (⋮ on Android, the contact name on iPhone), choose More, then Export chat, and pick Without media. Save or share the .txt file to your computer and open it here. Or just copy the order messages and paste them.
Which order lines does it understand?
Lines with a quantity, such as "MCB 16A - 48 nos", "20 coil 1.5 sqmm wire", "Fevicol 1kg x 12" or "wire 10 coil @ 2450". A comma-separated list on one line becomes several lines. Common Hinglish words like bhej do or chahiye are ignored.
Does it use AI?
No. It uses simple rules, so it is fast and private but literal: it copies item names as written and marks lines without a unit for checking. It does not read photos, voice notes or handwriting.
How is OrderDak different?
OrderDak reads pasted WhatsApp orders with AI, matches each line to your own stock items and the buyer's past wording, checks rate, credit and stock, and creates the Sales Order in Tally. A direct WhatsApp Business connection is in development.
