What you get in the sheet
- Order lines: the buyer's item code and description exactly as written, quantity, unit, rate, discount, GST %, HSN, printed amount, and how clearly each line could be read.
- Order details: PO number and date, delivery date, buyer name, GSTIN with check result, address, contact, ship-to, payment terms, totals and remarks.
- Indian number formats (1,00,000) and day-first dates are read correctly.
Can it read scanned and handwritten purchase orders?
Printed ones, yes: scanned PDFs and clear phone photos are read with text recognition, and every line is marked Check so you can look at it first. Handwriting is not read reliably yet; we are working on it.
Is my file stored?
No. The file is read by our AI service, the table is returned to your browser, and OrderDak does not keep the file or use it to train AI models.
What does the GSTIN check do?
It checks the format, the state code and the check digit of the buyer's GSTIN, which catches most typos. It does not look up the GST portal.
Is there a limit?
