Order entry automation for distributors, stockists and wholesalers.
A distributor's order desk receives orders from retailers, dealers and contractors in every format, all day. OrderDak takes over the typing and the checking, so your team handles exceptions instead of data entry.
Free during the pilot: no card, no contract.
Where order entry goes wrong for distributors
- Orders are spread across WhatsApp chats, salesmen's phones, email and PDFs, and some are simply missed.
- Every customer names items differently ("1.5 wire red", "FR 1.5 sqmm", a part code), so each line needs someone who knows the catalogue.
- Credit limits and outstanding are checked from memory, or not at all, before goods are committed.
- Rates in the order differ from the agreed rate, and nobody notices until the invoice is disputed.
- The same order arrives twice and is booked twice.
What OrderDak automates
- One inbox for orders from email, pasted WhatsApp chats, PDFs, Excel sheets and photos of printed orders.
- AI reads each order: buyer, items, quantities, rates, delivery date and PO number. It reads; it never posts by itself.
- Plain rules you control match lines to stock items and check rate tolerance, credit limit and outstanding, stock, pack sizes, duplicate PO numbers and the GSTIN.
- Clean orders are approved in one click; exceptions wait in a review queue with the reason shown.
- Approved orders become Tally Prime Sales Orders, or an Excel file for any other software. Every step is logged.

Questions
How many orders a day does it suit?
It pays off once someone spends an hour or more a day typing orders. There is no lower limit during the pilot.
Do retailers need to install anything?
No. They keep ordering on WhatsApp, email or however they do today.
What about salesmen's orders?
Salesmen can forward or paste the orders they collect. Voice orders from salesmen are in development.
